Copyright: By commissioning Acledent G, you acknowledge and agree that the original work created by Acledent G is protected by copyright laws and that any use of the work must comply with these laws.2. Use of Music: The music created by Acledent G can be used in any form of media, but cannot be sold on its own as an original work.3. Deposits: All deposits must be received within 3-5 work days or less.4. Down Payment: A down payment of $10 must be paid to decrease the likelihood of scamming and to cover Acledent G's time.5. Revisions: Up to three revisions are free. Any revisions past three are an additional $5 each.6. Payment: The finished product is $50. After the down payment, this price may increase due to revisions. You are responsible for paying for the finished product. If payment is not received, the finished product will not be released.7. Intellectual Property: If the above terms and conditions are followed, the intellectual property of the music will be shared between Acledent G, the commissioner, and any shareholders of content created using the music. Acledent GConfidential Conversations: All conversations between the commissioner and Acledent G will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties, unless the terms and conditions are violated.Liability ClauseLiability: The artist, Acledent G, shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the commissioned music. The client assumes full responsibility, and will contact commisioned artist, for any legal issues that may arise from the use of the track, including but not limited to, copyright infringement, and trademark violation. The artist shall also not be held liable for any changes made to the commissioned track by the client or any third party. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the artist harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the use of the commissioned music.Legal Action: Commissioning Acledent G for art constitutes a legal agreement between the client and the music producer. By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws. The client also agrees to obtain any necessary permissions or licenses for the use of any copyrighted or trademarked materials included in the commissioned artwork. The artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork, including but not limited to reproduction rights and the right to display the created tracks in the artist's portfolio. Any unauthorized use of the commissioned music by the client will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.By commissioning Acledent G, you understand and agree to these terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the liability clause.
